AA Flight Attendants hire lawyer to dispute elimination of profit sharing

On October 27, 2015, a Philadelphia law firm issued a press release stating that it had been retained by more than 1300 AA flight attendants to represent them in connection with claims arising from the negotiation of the last AA-APFA contract, which did not include profit sharing. They seek, among other things, reinstatement of profit-sharing and other lost benefits.

On November 13, the law firm stated that over 2451 AA flight attendants had signed on to the case and that they were in the process of drafting complaints for filing with the US Department of Justice.
